Glendale Foods have two flagship brands, the Yankee Brand, which specialises in microwave snacks, burgers and grilling ribs. Originally created by Campbell’s to compete with Glendale’s own Hot Ones, and subsequently acquired by Glendale, the Yankee Brand is a convenience, family orientated range, with a number of straight from frozen family favourites, in both full meal and snack form. The Yankee Brand represents a broad offering of convenient quality.
The Great British Pudding Company are famous for the hand baked, traditional British suet puddings that give the brand its name. Microwaves in 6 minutes, the puddings, which include every traditional British filling, are hand baked and blast frozen on site, giving the ideal steam flavour every time, perfect for both food service and wholesale operations. Craig oversees all aspects of the Operations side of the business, ensuring the efficient running of the factory. A part of the Glendale Team for 16 years, many of which working in NPD, Craig transitioned from NPD to his General Manager role in 2019.

Rob has been a fundamental part of the Production Management team through the last 3 decades. Rob has a wealth of knowledge which he shares with the Junior Management Team helping them progress their own careers.

Jayne’s role at Glendale is Cold Store & Loading Bay Manager. Taking control of Goods in & out. Jayne has been a member of the Glendale staff for 20 years.

Leading a team of four, Anthony is new to the role and actively building a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) system from the ground up. His primary responsibility is ensuring all machinery runs smoothly and complies with external regulations, which are constantly evolving. With extensive experience, he plays a vital role in developing maintenance schedules, addressing daily issues, and driving continuous improvements. Anthony also conducts team training and leads daily meetings to ensure operational efficiency.

Danny is responsible for overseeing customer orders and deliveries, ensuring the highest level of service within the company. As the face of the business, dedicated to representing the company in the best possible manner and providing direct support to consumer customers.

Steve joined Glendale foods in 1998 and is looking forward to the “next phase” in Glendale’s exciting new future.

Brian Anderson is an Operations Accountant with 3 years of experience at Glendale. He specialises in generating daily production reports and managing work orders, analysing variances to identify overspending and underspending. Brian is skilled in working with figures to solve problems and improve efficiencies, focusing on yield and stock metrics related to production.

Elaine and the entire NPD team bring ideas to life in the kitchen. Continuously innovating new concepts and enhancing existing product lines to provide customers with the best possible eating experience. With such a diverse range of products, no two days are ever the same.

Mahsa is an NPD (New Product Development) Technologist with a passion for creating innovative products. She focuses on developing recipes and costings and enjoys experimenting with different flavours in her cooking.
With a strong emphasis on customer feedback, she values collaboration and improvement in her work. Mahsa has two months of experience in her current role and previously worked as a food technologist at a flour company. She holds a master’s degree in food science and Innovation, highlighting her expertise in the field.

Seeara Mendes is an NPD (New Product Development) Technologist with a passion for transforming ideas into reality. She specializes in creating samples and sending them out for customer feedback, guiding products from concept to store.
With a deep love for food and innovation, Seeara enjoys tasting new flavours and expressing her creativity in the kitchen. She has spent 11 years in the food industry and is fully trained, bringing a wealth of experience to her role.

Louise Young is an NPD Assistant with 10 years of experience in the culinary field. She supports the chef in product development and manages daily deliveries, ensuring that each day offers new challenges. Louise has acquired skills in creating a variety of dishes and working with different ingredients. As the chef’s right-hand person, she plays a vital role in maintaining Glendale’s kitchen operations and efficiency.

Renata supports the Technical Manager and other department members, while also assisting the QA Manager with the oversight of the QA team and systems. Her responsibilities include coordinating taste panels, quality assurance, updating paperwork, and managing ingredients from NPD (New Product Development). With 6 years of experience in quality control, she plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency.

Stuart details the particulars of our products, which form part of the contract on which they are purchased by our customers and serve as the basis for artwork and labelling. He also advises the Technical team on related compliance matters.

Sandra manages the raw materials specification system by ensuring that all specifications are up to date and accurate in order to improve compliance together with supporting any additional technical requests.
