Glendale Foods have two flagship brands, the Yankee Brand, which specialises in microwave snacks, burgers and grilling ribs. Originally created by Campbell’s to compete with Glendale’s own Hot Ones, and subsequently acquired by Glendale, the Yankee Brand is a convenience, family orientated range, with a number of straight from frozen family favourites, in both full meal and snack form. The Yankee Brand represents a broad offering of convenient quality.
The Great British Pudding Company are famous for the hand baked, traditional British suet puddings that give the brand its name. Microwaves in 6 minutes, the puddings, which include every traditional British filling, are hand baked and blast frozen on site, giving the ideal steam flavour every time, perfect for both food service and wholesale operations. Chris is hugely respected within the food industry, having won AA Red Rosettes and food development awards. He's a real foodie - eating out, visiting food & farmers markets whilst cooking as much as possible!
Concentrating on the food manufacturing sector, Gary brings a wealth of finance experience, playing a crucial role within the business, providing strong support and ensuring operational excellence procedures.
Craig oversees all aspects of the Operations side of the business, ensuring the efficient running of the factory. A part of the Glendale Team for 16 years, many of which working in NPD, Craig transitioned from NPD to his General Manager role in 2019.
Rob has been a fundamental part of the Production Management team through the last 3 decades. Rob has a wealth of knowledge which he shares with the Junior Management Team helping them progress their own careers.
Jayne’s role at Glendale is Cold Store & Loading Bay Manager. Taking control of Goods in & out. Jayne has been a member of the Glendale staff for 20 years.
Steve joined Glendale foods in 1998 and is looking forward to the “next phase” in Glendale’s exciting new future.
Hayley is a long serving employee at Glendale. Originally starting out as order processing, she is now in charge of customer service, planning and Logistics.
With over 10 years work experience at Glendale, Heather’s remit spans the supply chain from movement & storage of materials to work-in process inventory.
Within 2 years, Maria made her way up to a management position. Her dedication had been recognised and she became a key member in our Technical team.
Eva assists the Technical team in obtaining and maintaining AA Grade BRC accreditation, deputise in the technical manager's absence.
Daria provides assistance to the Technical Manager and the other members of the department, also assisting the QA Manager with the management of the QA team and systems.
Stuart details the particulars of our products, which form part of the contract on which they are purchased by our customers and serve as the basis for artwork and labelling. He also advises the Technical team on related compliance matters.
Emma works with customers throughout the concept to launch development process to bring their briefs to life and create products consumers will love.
Bernadetta works to develop and launch new, delicious meat and meat-free products for a variety of customers across the UK.
Lois supports the NPD team in the product development process making commercially viable kitchen samples for customer approval which can then be scaled up in the factory during trials & launched for our food service and retail customers.
Sandra manages the raw materials specification system by ensuring that all specifications are up to date and accurate in order to improve compliance together with supporting any additional technical requests.
Joanna joined Glendale in 2021 to help assist both Hayley and Heather. She has since developed her own role in analysing data and stock from weekly production.
Wictoria helps with Purchase and Ledger Control.
Ian’s role at Glendale is Cold Store & Loading Bay Manager. Taking control of Goods in & out. Ian has been a member of the Glendale staff for 11 years.
In addition to putting together our customer presentations, James develops our recipes and food products. From ideation through the development process he works with our NPD team to bring our products to market on large scale.
