We are pleased to welcome Lauren Rigby to the Glendale Foods team, who joined the business on 20th July 2026 as our new NPD Manager.
Lauren brings more than 16 years of experience in New Product Development within the food industry, with particular expertise in meat-based products. Her extensive industry knowledge and strong understanding of product development will play an important role in supporting Glendale Foods’ continued focus on innovation and delivering products that meet the changing needs of our customers and consumers.
In her new role, Lauren will lead our NPD activity, helping to take new product ideas from initial concept through to development and delivery. Her passion for food, combined with her broad technical and commercial experience, makes her a valuable addition to the team.
We are delighted to have Lauren on board and look forward to seeing the ideas, expertise and creativity she brings to Glendale Foods.
